Talk about half time shows. Fuji Ryu was spot lighted at the Twin Towers Karate Tournament at the Javits center in New York. During the demonstration period just before the day's finals, students and instructors from all 3 New York dojos performed.  Although the demonstrations were all enthusiastically received, the women's self defense moves seemed to touch an emotional cord with the audience and had everyone's attention as well as kept them involved. But it was Sensei Linda Ramzy's unique and effectivedelivery of Fuji Ryu's women's self defense that literally brought the house down. We'd like to thank all the participants and a special thank you to all the Ukis who let the women "beat" on them for this demo.
